Refund Policy
At Sweet Water, each anointing oil is handcrafted in small batches with care and intention. Because of the nature of our oil products and for safety and hygiene reasons, all sales are final once shipped.
However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. If your item arrives damaged, or if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do everything we can to make it right—whether that’s a replacement or store credit.
